Mark A. Earhart, M.D.

Dr. Earhart has roots in Texas where his family settled after his father retired from the military. He attended Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas where he received a Bachelor's of Science degree. He received his Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, Texas, and completed his Family Practice Residency at UTMB as well. He is board certified in Family Practice, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Earhart is married and has two sons. His interests include photography, playing golf, and reading a good book.

Carrie Prowell Pixley, PA-C

Carrie is from Newnan, Georgia. She attended the State University of West Georgia where she received a Bachelor's of Arts degree. She did her medical training at Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCPA), Carrie is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants.

Carrie is married and has two sons, as well as two dogs and two cats. Her interests include hiking, the beach, and hanging out with friends.

Leigh Anne Landers, FNP-C

Leigh Anne was born in Athens, Georgia. At the University of Georgia she received a Bachelor’s of Science degree and spent 19 years working as a registered nurse. Her experience includes many years of hospital work in the critical care unit and in neurology. She attended the University of North Georgia where she received her degree to become an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with an emphasis in Family Practice and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She joined the practice in July 2017.

Leigh Anne is involved with many service organizations and volunteers much of her time. Leigh Anne has a daughter and son, both of which are grown. She enjoys being at home with a good book and her cats.
